1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the bd11 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

bd11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bd11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not hold more than one active account on bd11 at any given time.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

bd11 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bd11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify bd11 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• You must not share your account with any third party, including family members.
• All activity carried out through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally report a breach.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account or interfere with the Platform's systems by any means.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bd11 supports deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladeshi payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction thresholds apply and may vary by payment method.

When requesting a withdrawal, you must comply with the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned via the same method.
• bd11 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may take 1–5 business days to process depending on the selected payment channel and volume of requests at the time.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

bd11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting rollover conditions.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• bd11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal limit as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. If there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bd11 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

Prohibited conduct includes: using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain; engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform; and providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bd11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of bd11 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without bd11's prior written consent.
• The bd11 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of bd11 and may not be used without explicit permission.
• Any unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute an infringement and result in legal proceedings.

bd11 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users to do the same. Reports of intellectual property violations may be directed to our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd11 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

bd11 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily suspend access. bd11 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

bd11 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

• Your data will not be sold or rented to unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
• bd11 may share data with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our customer support team within 30 calendar days of written notification.

11. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. bd11's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
